Hello! 

My name is Janae Easlon and I'm a storyteller living in Portland, Oregon.

I currently write features for Pamplin Media Group, covering stories about people doing what they love — from creating art, music, theater and starting to grow their businesses.

In the past, I've been published by The Daily Astorian and the Bellingham Business Journal. I’ve edited for the news and features  desk at The Western Front, a campus newspaper, and later went on to serve as editor-in-chief.

When I am not writing, interviewing or shooting photos, I can be found in the kitchen learning a thing or two, taking my dog Herb on a walk or at a nursery finding the next addition to my vegetable garden.
